Free pickup or delivery up to 20 mile radius from repair facility. Will deliver beyond the 20 mile radius for a small fee based on miles traveled. Must meet certain amount of damage to be eligible for free pick up or delivery( damage will be assessed by pictures or description from conversation). Pickup or delivery schedule will be set by the repair facility availability. If pickup driver arrives at pickup location and is unable to pick vehicle up from owner negligence, there will be a fee of $75 and has no obligation to wait at pickup location for owner to arrive. If the customer ask for free pickup and vehicle is towed to repair facility the vehicle must be repaired or a tow fee will be applied if vehicle owner does not want vehicle to be repaired for any reason and tow bill will have to be paid before vehicle is released by shop.
